The rooms were modern and reasonably large with temperature control. The staff were incredibly kind. The location was great and easy - very close to various restaurants and places, downtown.

Great location just off the freeway, but only a mile to Kent State campus. Easy in-out.

They tend to price gouge on busy days. I understand it's a supply/demand thing, but prices really fluctuate, so book early.

The rooms here come with everything you need, including temperature control. Breakfast offers a good variety of treats. This spot is convenient with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or explore downtown 🍳.

The hotel was nice, and I loved the modern room and exceptionally kind staff. The location was marvellous, with a moderate distance from Kelso House Museum. The area was pretty nice, and the restaurant served delicious Mexican specialties.

The hotel is fairly clean and well-maintained. The staff members are super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is more than great. The location in the middle of Kent is marvelous and convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again because the stay was excellent.

clean, updated. Quiet friendly staff. Coffee available throughout the day. Decent breakfast with some hot offerings and fresh items like yogurt, hard boiled eggs.... same as all Holiday Inn Express. Couches in dining room nice touch. Comfy bed. Have stayed in several Kent area hotels. Would choose this second to the University hotel only because it farther from campus. Much nicer than the comfort inn (which is a little worn but still not bad) next door.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, I stayed for 2 nights. Location: the hotel was next to various restaurants and places, and downtown. Also, it was positioned just a short walk away from tourist spot like Kelso House Museum.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

Bed was great. Better than home.

Outlet strip on table did not work, tub drain very slow. Breakfast was lame due as the pancake machine was down and the hot food trays were empty for over an hour.

Beautiful rooms,nice staff,good food. The whole experience was lovely. And by the way, bath and body Works toiletries? Very nice!

I stayed here for one night and loved it. The breakfast was great and had good meals. The staff was thoughtful and amiable. The hotel's location was easy and nice, right in the middle of Jackson. The venue was right off the highway, just as I expected.

Really luxurious bed linens and pillows. Top notch health & beauty items in bathroom, soft towels, nice fridge, friendly genuine front desk people. Person in training was GREAT! Breakfast yummy
